Cosmetic Breast Surgeon, B.Sc (hons), MB.Ch.B, F.R.A.C.S.
After receiving his Bachelor of Science Honours in 1977, Dr Robert Goldman commenced his surgical training at the University of Cape Town, SA in 1978, receiving his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in 1982. Dr Goldman received his advanced training in both General and Breast Surgery at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, WA and Royal Perth Hospital, WA.
The area of breast care is very important for all women in today's world. As well as specialising in Cosmetic Breast Enhancement, Dr Goldman continues to specialise as a surgeon in women's breast health. R.A.C.S. Supervisor
Dr Goldman is the Royal Australasian College Of Surgeons Supervisor of Surgical Training at Hollywood Private Hospital. This position involves supervising the specialist training of the future generations of West Australian surgeons.
Surgery Teacher
Dr Goldman teaches surgery at both the University Of Western Australia and the University of Notra Dame, providing surgery education to medical students.

Dr Goldman provides his skills in emergency surgery at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, WA.
Tracy joined Academy Facial Plastics in 2006 as Practice Manager. She has worked in the medical industry for over 15 years including roles as a registered nurse and practice manager of GP and orthodontic practices. Tracy also has over seven years experience in corporate recruitment. She has completed a Diploma in Business (Human Resources) and is a member of the Australian Association of Practice Managers, Australian Institute of Management and Australian Human Resources Institute.
Claire commenced with Academy as a Dermal Therapist late in 2007 and has an Advanced Diploma in Cosmetic Dermal Science. She has been active within the cosmetic and beauty industry since 1997 as both a practicing therapist and manager of salons and day spas across Perth. Claire is both nationally and internationally qualified (ITEC) to perform Pulsed Light Therapies for photo rejuvenation and permanent hair removal. She is a cosmeceutical specialist and has a special interest in skin rejuvenation and meeting her clients needs. Claire performs a comprehensive range of treatments including the Affirm Laser (skin tightening, acne scarring & stretch marks), skin needling, tattoo removal, microdermabrasion and peels.
Claire is available for initial consultations on all dermal therapies, injectibles and surgical and non surgical procedures by appointment.
Fiona trained as a registered nurse in England and graduated with a Diploma in Nursing Sciences. She has had several years of experience in the cosmetic surgery industry, working for a private cosmetic hospital in England and has also worked as a recovery nurse for a major teaching hospital. Her nursing role at Academy Day Hospital (on site at Academy Facial Plastics) includes pre and post-operative assessments, vascular Laser treatment and wound care. Fiona also assists Dr Oates with surgical procedures and is the Team Leader of the nursing team.
Fiona is available for complimentary consultations relating to injectables and cosmetic surgery.
Jacquie joined Academy Day Hospital (on site at Academy Facial Plastics) in June 2009 after emigrating from England. She comes to us with an extensive nursing background. Jacquie trained as a nurse with the Queen Alexanders Royal Army Nursing Corp and after ten years of service, moved into specialist nursing roles in the areas of spinal injuries and cardiothoracics. From this point in her career Jacquie became a clinical health lecturer for some years before settling into a clinical nurse specialist role in cosmetic dermatology and Laser therapies.
Jacquie's nursing role at Academy includes theatre and recovery, pre and post-operative assessments and wound care. She also performs vascular laser therapies one day a week and is available for complimentary consultations relating to injectables, cosmetic surgery and dermal therapies. Jacquie also works for the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science as a lecturer in cosmetic surgery.
Shannon completed her Bachelor of Nursing at Edith Cowan University and is currently undertaking a Vocational Graduate Certificate in Cosmetic Nursing through AACDS. Since graduating, Shannon has worked in both medical and surgical wards and theatre, even spending some time as a nurse aboard a cruise ship, before settling into cosmetic surgery theatre nursing in February 2009.
Shannon is employed in a dual role. She works as a theatre nurse at Academy Day Hospital (on site at Academy Facial Plastics) where her duties include theatre and recovery nursing and she works as a nurse therapist for Academy Facial Plastics where her duties include skin and treatment consultations, microdermabrasions, peels and IPL.
Natalie joined Academy Day Hospital (on site at Academy Facial Plastics) as an Assistant Nurse. She comes to us with 14 years experience in the Australian Defence Force including roles as a CSSD Manager and Dental Nurse. Natalie is also an experienced Dental Practice Manager and Beauty Advisor. At Academy Day Hospital Natalie assists with pre and post-operative assessments, surgical procedures and is the Infection Control Representative.
Having been a Senior Medical Secretary for many years, Bronwyn joined Academy Facial Plastics 5 years ago as part of the administration team in the role of Client Coordinator. Bronwyn enjoys the field of cosmetic medicine and feels it offers an ongoing wonderful learning experience. She feels our clients are all special and thus looks after them very carefully.
Sonya joined Academy Facial Plastics in late 2007 as a Client Co-ordinator. She came to Academy Facial Plastics with 13 years of experience in the medical administration and secretarial field and has completed a BSA in Business Office Administration with the Australian Medical Association.
Sonya enjoys her role and the team environment at Academy Facial Plastics.
Jenna joined the Academy Facial Plastics team as a Client Co-ordinator in late 2004 with a strong interest in the cosmetic medicine industry. She has completed the Australian Medical Association Medical Reception course, as well as a Certificate III in Business Medical Administration. Jenna wishes to continue to develop her knowledge in the cosmetic medical field and says she enjoys working at Academy Facial Plastics as new techniques and procedures are constantly being introduced.
Julie brings to Academy 12 years of medical secretarial experience. She has a Certificate in Office Studies and has recently completed a Diploma of Beauty Therapy. Julie's bright and vivacious personality, coupled with her professionalism and commitment to customer care, make her an asset as a Client Co-ordinator.
